Parsley.
Bioactive substances of parsley strengthen small vessels (capillaries), help reduce shortness of breath and improve the condition of the heart. You can also drink parsley juice and add it to apple-celery or carrot juice. Keep in mind that parsley juice is contraindicated in inflammation of the kidneys.
New potatoes.
