Food is the foundation of our life, just like water or breath. We eat every day of our life, from the first to the last day, receiving energy for our existence. Let’s take a look at what modern food is made of.
Today, the overwhelming majority of natural products are shamelessly replaced by synthetic ones, which contain many chemical, dangerous and harmful components for humans.
We see dairy products on store shelves that have no milk in them. We buy meat products that don’t even have meat!
Many modern “manufacturers” seek to make their production as cheap as possible, falsify the quality of products without thinking about the consequences we face later.
A can of stew should contain at least 80% meat. What do we buy in hypermarkets? We buy a stew, which really has meat, but its content barely reaches 30-40%!!! The rest of the ingredients are soy, ground bones and skins, cartilage and even claws! This is the composition of the current “meat” stew.
And what do we see in a composition of condensed milk? This foodstuff is popular among children. But the doctors who checked these products were horrified: there is a real poison in the cans with delicacy! For example, titanium dioxide, a substance used to make paint. Or another example, fats that have undergone hydrolysis. These fats are converted into carcinogenic substances that cause cancer. And this is what our children eat!
You may have already heard that instant coffee can be made from many products of plant origin. But what do you say if you find out how much coffee is actually in the package you bought? It may not be there at all, and the packet of coffee contains … clay! This is not very bad for your health, but can you imagine what super-profits do enterprising businessmen get?
Mushrooms. This product is also in high demand among the population, but what can you find in a jar with porcini mushrooms or other expensive mushrooms for which you are ready to pay a large sum of money? In this case, components are not so scary for your health, but it is unpleasant to spend money on low-quality goods: you buy a product that actually costs tens and hundreds of times cheaper. In cans of canned mushrooms there are cheap Chinese mushrooms grown according to unknown technologies, in unknown conditions.
We can also mention other “empty and poisonous” foods: sausages, sweets, yoghurts, crab sticks, mayonnaise and many other products that we eat every day.
We pay big bucks for organic food, but instead we get cheap, counterfeit products which lead us to diseases, including such dangerous ones as allergies, heart problems and cancer.
The only way to avoid this is to cook your own food. Choose the foods you want to cook for yourself carefully.
And remember that quality food can be both expensive and inexpensive, but it will definitely give you a lot of energy that you can’t get from fakes.
