What you should know about monodiets

Monodiet is probably one of the most famous types of diets. It helps to lose weight in a short time by consuming one product. The advantage of such a diet is that a person loses weight quickly, and the result is achieved without psychological neuroses. In addition, it is not difficult to choose a product for the diet that is useful and tasty.

But its disadvantage is that if you do not follow a mono-diet once every few months or do not become a supporter of a healthy diet, then the weight will be gained in the same quick time as it was lost. Also, following this diet for more than three days is contraindicated due to the lack of useful elements entering the body (such as vitamins and minerals). It is much more effective and better to follow a mono-diet one day, but with a certain frequency.

You can eat according to the rules of monodiets for longer if you combine them into a complex according to the rule “a new product every day” for a week. The main thing to remember about two nuances:

First. All products should be easy to digest (vegetables and fruits are ideal).

Second. All food should be divided so as not to eat more often than once every three or four hours.

When creating your diet, the main thing to remember is the golden rule of alternation: every day the body should receive some new useful element, for example, carbohydrates today, vegetables or fruits tomorrow, protein the day after tomorrow. In addition, on one selected day, any dairy product should be included in the diet (but not after proteins and not before them). Consequences of monodiets
