Each pack of Relaxedin contains 30 capsules. Each capsule contains the equivalent of Valeric and Acetoxyvaleric Acid (0.582mg) and Rosmarinic Acid (2mg).

If you are using Relaxedin to help you sleep, take one capsule just before going to bed.

If you are using Relaxedin to try to treat mild stress, anxiety or hyperexcitability, you can take two capsules as required twice daily.
