What is Morr-F (Minoxidil/Finasteride) used for? Morr-F (Minoxidil/Finasteride) is a topical medication used to treat or prevent hair loss. It contains a combination of a vasodilator and a medication that prevents the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone. The vasodilator dilates blood vessels in the scalp to increase hair follicle strength while the reduced conversion of dihydrotestosterone prevents hair loss as this hormone is associated with conditions such as male pattern baldness.
