Vetericyn VF Plus (Electrolyzed Water/Sodium Chloride/Sodium Phospate/Hypochlorous Acid)
What is Vetericyn VF Plus (Electrolyzed Water/Sodium Chloride/Sodium Phospate/Hypochlorous Acid) used for? Vetericyn VF Plus is an easy-to-use PH neutral solution used to treat a variety of wounds and skin conditions in pets including burns, skin irritations, post-surgical sites, skin ulcers, abscesses, hot spots and allergic skin rashes. It can also be used to help with moistening and debriding acute and chronic wounds. Vetericyn VF Plus contains Hypochlorous Acid in a solution of Electrolyzed Water, Sodium Chloride and Sodium Phospate in a spray bottle for direct application to the affected area. How should I use Vetericyn VF Plus (Electrolyzed Water/Sodium Chloride/Sodium Phospate/Hypochlorous Acid)? Vetericyn VF Plus can be sprayed directly onto the affected or wounded area. It may be necessary to remove an excess hair from the area before application. Shake the bottle well, adjust the nozzle on the spray bottle and spray to saturate the wound or affected area. If the dressing is required the dressing should also be saturated with Vetericyn VF Plus before they are applied. Vetericyn VF Plus should be applied in this manner 3-4 times each day until the wound is healed, or follow the directions provided by your veterinarian. Please Note Vetericyn VF Plus is an animal-only product. Do not use on humans. The solution is a topical treatment, however is will not harm the animal if licked or ingested. Discontinue use and notify your vet if your pet shows any signs of allergy or irritation to Vetericyn VF Plus. |
