What is Ziten (Teneligliptin) used for? Ziten contains the active ingredient Teneligliptin. This relatively new drug in the class of dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors like sitagliptin and vidagliptin. It is indicated in the treatment of type-2 diabetes in adults. How should I use Ziten (Teneligliptin)? Ziten is usually prescribed at a starting dose of one 20mg tablet per day. Your doctor will perform regular checks to see if blood levels are suitable. If not, the dosage can be increased to a maximum of 40mg per day if necessary. What are the side effects of Ziten (Teneligliptin)?
